Ahoy!

Larrance & I are getting ready to go back on a ship in December.  So I will resuming my blogging duties but I thought I would start a bit earlier and write about life off of the ship.

We just finished our ninth season at ImprovAcadia last week (10/13/12).  It was a wonderful season and for the most part we had very nice audiences.  My brother Dan and his wife Dorthy came to visit for our closing weekend and it was wonderful to have them here.

We had an adventure everyday - we went to Schoodic Peninsula, The Farnsworth Museum in Rockland, hiked Beech Mountain and took a trip to the Cape to see the Gorey House.  So much fun.

Here's a brief overview of what happened during our off time in our Ninth Season -

My Dad and Mary came to visit on the 4th of July.  We played Kuub!

We joined a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) and these are the beets!

It was a nice hot summer and the flowers were stunning.

Our friends Matt & Tiffany Marcy came to visit.

I hiked Cadillac Mountain which was awesome.  I was joined by Vince, Amy and Eric.

My Mom came to visit.  Here's Mom & Larrance at Schoodic.

Now Larrance and I are home and working on getting our house back under control after a long season of multiple living in our house.
